Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist with excellent English comprehension, a creative mind and previous experience in marketing to join our team in promoting our business and attracting top talent.

This role will be a home based role in the Philippines working directly for our New Zealand based recruitment business. The role is Monday to Friday, work New Zealand business hours with some after hours work.

Your duties will include:

  • Working with the Marketing Manager to stay on-top of trends across social media platforms to assist with content creation
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and wider team to come up with creative ideas
  • Listing, renewing and posting job adverts across a variety of platforms to assist in finding candidates
  • Assisting our Software Developer with performing website maintenance and coding as needed
  • Responding to queries via social media and email
  • Sending out important communications to candidates and internal team
  • Assisting team members with contracts and HR documents – reformatting and proofing
  • Loading documents into our CRM tool
  • Using te reo Māori in communications
  • Reorganising Lowie databases

About you:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or marketing degree, communications, journalism, graphic design or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in marketing with experience in copywriting, social media and content creation
  • Experience with FastTrack is beneficial, however, training can be provided
  • Understanding te reo Māori (is preferable) with excellent grammar and English comprehension
  • Knowledge of website coding
  • Experience using and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent writing, computer, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and be flexible around campaign deadlines
