Our Client and its Australian subsidiary, specialising in supplying medical and scientific technologies to New Zealand and Australia. They form partnerships with world leading medical device, pharmaceutical and scientific innovators to introduce and establish advances in healthcare and science for the benefit of patients, healthcare providers and quality assurance professionals.

They are seeking a Warehouse Manager to work with a small close-knit team in their Mt Wellington offices. As the Warehouse Manager you will work in and oversee all aspects of the warehouse function to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse.

In this role you will be:

* Hands-on and managing all Inwards and outwards goods, picking and packing and despatch of goods and returns

* Managing regular stock takes and storage

* Liaising with QA Manager regarding GMP and SOP's

* Managing small close-knit team of warehouse staff

* Working with courier companies to ensure the smooth running of consignments

* Working closely with customer service and sales staff to ensure the timely despatch or customer orders/returns and queries etc.

* Coordinating the upgrade of systems

* Oversee the general maintenance of the building

* Adherence and monitoring of all health and safety

You are able to:

* Be hands-on in the role

* Manage a small close-knit team

* High level of attention to detail working in an environment where careful handling of goods is mandatory

* Respect all compliance

* Work in a family friendly and respectful environment
